With our safe packaging we are lucky that we have not experienced any broken products.
If however, your glassware is broken in delivery please email hello@chzl.com.au within 7 days of receiving your package.
The email must include the following:
- Your order number
- Description of the area that’s broken
- Clear image of the glass
- Close up image of the break with initials
Psst… it’s against the law to post broken glass. So please don’t send it back to chzl, instead discard of it safely.
